We offer you the services of translation, interpreting, the legalisation and notarisation of texts, and the issuance of an Apostille for texts.

We offer translation services on the following terms:

Basic rate: 2.80 roubles per word*. The basic rate covers the services of a translator, the services of an editor (checking the terminology and grammatical correctness of the translation), and the services of a proofreader (checking the style and spelling). The basic rate is applied to translations from foreign languages into Russian, and from Russian into foreign languages (without the involvement of an editor who is a native speaker of the target language).

Premium rate: 4.00 roubles per word*. The premium rate covers the services of a translator, the services of an editor and proofreader who are native speakers of the target language, and the services of a senior editor (coordinating the work of that editor and proofreader). The premium rate is advisable when you need a translation that conforms to the norms, standards and accepted terminology of the country at which the translation is targeted. As a rule, such translations are needed when material is being published abroad, when a new product or service is being launched in a foreign market, when instruction manuals are being produced for goods that are to be sold abroad, etc.
The premium rate is also applied to translations from one foreign language into another.

Economy rate: 1.70 roubles per word*. The premium rate covers the translation of a text by a professional translator without any proofreading and editing. It was introduced in order to provide a more flexible service by meeting the needs of clients who wish merely to know what a foreign document says.

A text of 2000 words* (that’s roughly 8 pages of text, or 14,400 characters) can be translated within one working day.

Urgency premium:

When a text of between 2000 and 3000 words needs to be translated within one working day, the selected rate is increased by 1.5 times. If a text of more than 3000 words (that’s roughly 12 pages of text, or 21,600 characters) needs to be translated within one working day, the selected rate is doubled.
If a client needs an order to be fulfilled outside office hours, or on weekends or public holidays, the selected rate is also doubled.

* For calculation purposes, a “word” is taken to mean a set of characters divided by a space.

Interpreting services are priced as follows:

Consecutive interpreting: 1 hour’s work of an interpreter costs 2800 roubles. The minimum order is three hours. The services of an interpreter for a full working day (8 hours) costs 11,200 roubles.

For simultaneous interpreting, 1 hour’s work costs 5600 roubles, since it is harder and requires two interpreters, working alternating 15-minute shifts.
